RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from krosswood.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

GENERAL / APPLICABLE LAW
The User’s access to and use of this Site and information available on or through this Site are subject to and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with all applicable federal laws of the United States and applicable laws of the State of Utah and local governmental entities. Krosswood Doors and User irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah and the federal courts situated in the State of Utah in connection with any action arising under or in connection with these terms or relating to the User’s access of this Site, or any information available on or through this Site.

Use of this Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give full effect to all provisions of this agreement, including without limitation this paragraph and the warranty disclaimers and liability exclusions above. Krosswood Doors  has endeavored to comply with all legal requirements known to it in creating and maintaining this Site, but makes no representation that materials on this Site are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Krosswood Doors with respect to this site. This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Krosswood Doors with respect to this Site. No modification of this agreement shall be effective unless it is authorized by Krosswood Doors or its affiliates, or unless it is physically signed by an Krosswood Doors officer. Any alleged waiver of any breach of this agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any future breach. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE 

In order to maintain a high standard of service and provide a safe work environment for its employees, volunteers, and guest families, this Organization reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to guests.  Service may be denied to any guest who acts inappropriately by disrupting the normal provision of services, or if a guest’s behavior or environment threatens the safety of the Organization’s employees, volunteers, or guest families. Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to: - Unreasonable demands for service   - Threatening or erratic behavior - Misrepresentation of the need for service  - Inappropriate physical contact - Personally threatening and offensive language Any Organization employee or volunteer can exercise the right to refuse service when confronted by a guest acting inappropriately or when facing an unsafe situation.  They will notify their supervisor of the situation immediately. Krosswood Doors Out of Stock Policy

At Krosswood Doors, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. However, there may be instances where items listed on our website are out of stock or discontinued. Please note Krosswood Doors will not hold inventory or save inventory that is not paid for. Even a paid invoice could result in items being out of stock or discontinued.  In such cases, we have developed the following policy to ensure clarity and transparency regarding out-of-stock items:

1. Estimated Restock Timeframe:

   • Whenever possible, we will provide an estimated timeframe for when the out-of-stock item is expected to be restocked. 

2. Order Processing for Out-of-Stock Items:

   • Customers have the option to place an order for an out-of-stock item if they wish to reserve it for when it becomes available again. However, please note that payment will be processed at the time of order placement, not at the time of shipment. If items are discontinued we will prove a refund. 

3. Backorder Handling:

   • In some cases, customers may have the option to place a backorder for out-of-stock items. Backorders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis once the item is back in stock. Customers will be notified via email regarding the status of their backorder and any updates to the estimated restock timeframe.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

   • If a customer chooses to cancel an order for an out-of-stock item before it is shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
   • If a backordered item cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe or if the customer decides to cancel the backorder, a full refund will be issued.

5. Communication and Customer Support:

   • Our customer support team is available to assist with any questions or concerns regarding out-of-stock items. Customers can reach us via email, phone, or live chat during our business hours.

6. Product Substitution:

   • In rare cases where an out-of-stock item cannot be restocked within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a suitable substitute product of similar quality and value. Customers will be notified and given the option to accept or decline the substitution.

7. Policy Updates:

   • This Out of Stock Policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any updates or revisions will be reflected on our website.
